Is this correct Greek?

Question

"πίστη και ειλικρίνεια". It is supposed to mean "loyalty and sincerity/truthfulness". For me it's mainly about the spelling and whether "και" correct is for "and"

Yes it it correct :-)

Although "πιστη" can also refer to "faith" as well.

It actually depends as to how you want to use it in a phrase.
