i train 4 times a weak martial arts , 2 times kyokushin karate 1 time muay thai and 1 time hapkido.+ 3 days powertraining where i train chest , biceps , schoulders , triceps, abs and some Trampoline jumping ( 15 min after every powertraining) should i train my legs to or is that to much because we train legs at training to?
for each muscle i do 2 different types of exercises and the reps are 10-8-8-6.
