I just turned 16 and my boyfriend is 16 in a week, i know that two people under 16 and having s*x is legal, and i know that a boy over 16 and a girl under 16 is illegal but what about a 16 yr old girl and a guy under 16?

the age of consent in many states is 17 and 18. but ohio is 16. people do it anyways.. so.. it doesnt matter what anyone has to say about it. i lost my virginity at 15..  so i guess it doesnt matter. just dont get caught
