I work at wendys in aust, and our store manger is saying that if we make a drink and there's to much and it gets wasted she is going to put it in a cup and we have to pay for it, is that legal

No.  I would like to see her try to enforce that one!  Don't worry it is probably an idle threat anyway.  She is probably trying to increase profits by reducing waste and is thus resorting to scare tactics to get employees to conform.  It looks like it is working.

Please understand.  There is no fairy godmother who will wave a wand and all the bad will go away.

I and many of my friends spent 3 years on the streets, in local parades and protest concerts all working to kick the bum out of office who created Workchoices.  

On both state and federal election days we stood for 10 hours, a cold wet Saturday for the federal election, handing out how to vote cards.

Although the result sure eased the paid in our feet.

We did that in 2007,  now its time for you to take a stand.  

Anything done to protect you and your rights requires an effort from you.   But also understand that if you wont take steps to protect your rights why would anyone else.
