Is this resonable? better options?

Question

ima pitch this idea to my dad. since my phone is terrible and my contract ends dec.

so i thought i could get the lg vu from best buy since its cheaper, and get an individual plan. its from at&t.

450 mins=40 bucks

internet+texting=35

total: $75 a month.

does this sound resonable for a 15 year old that gets good grades, and is all around a good kid?
