Is this sexual harassment?

If a women you dont get along is walking Her male dog and you say that is sure is a nice b i tch you got there. When She gets mad and says how many times do I have to tell you it a male dog . I told Her im not stupid I was talking to the dog She walks off screaming. What is that considered in the eyes of the law.

Unfortunately, laws don't cover that.

Well, under the law it would not be considered sexual harassment, but I would consider it rude and annoying.

This could count badly as verbal assault but defo not sexual harassment. She'd find it hard enough being able to take this to court or whatever, let alone finding evidence or winning the trial.

If he works with her, that MAY be sexual harassment, but will probably get him fired no matter what you call it.  If people could quit worrying about defining exactly how much of a jerk they can be and get away with, they'd have far less of these type of questions.

YES, it can be considered sexual harrasment.  A note for all you people who think cause it's not in a work place, so sexual harrasment isn't possible.  Think again.  Sexual harrasment can occur anywhere at any time.  Not just in the work place, you would be naive to think otherwise.  Sexual Harrasment can be any unwanted physical or verbal interactions.  ANYWHERE.
