I am an elite swimmer and latley I feel like my life is controled. I went to the US olympic trials and came back to practice compleatly motivated. But When we ran around the track I nearly passed out. I felt really sick and my whole body started to cramp up. I drank lots of water and it didn't help. I sat down in the grass and when I stood up I got really dizzy. I wasn't sick because a cupple hours later I was fine. We practice 2 hours in the morning and 2 1/2 hours in the afternoon. I am tring to get tripple A times so I can Qualify for the national zone meet. I am pushing my self as hard as I can. Do u think this is stressing me out. Or am I just nervous.
