Is this subway sandwhich good?

im trying to lose some weight

and like every other day I'll but a footlong, but i dont eat it all at once

i try to break my 3 meals to 6 meals

so yeah

oh is this subway sandwhich healthy?

umm meatball marinara with provolone cheese(or swiss) red onions jalepenos, southwest sause on what bread?

is this unhealthy?

  1. No it is not unhealthy but there are things that are more healthy like a turkey wrap made with a wheat tortilla no cheese and a bunch of veggies.


  2. You would probably be better off with like roast beef or turkey.

  5. the most healthy sandwich you can get there is a veggie sub but yeah what you get is healthy too just lay off the sauces it just adds calories

  7. The meatball is great, but its not what I would call healthy.  If you are on a diet, I would not eat the meatball.

  9. that sounds really scrumcious and all of subway's sandwiches are really healthy. if your going to stick with that one i would try getting:

    meatball marinara

    provolone cheese

    all on wheat bread

    and little bit of salt and pepper

    the other ingredients are good but they don't work very well for losing weight.

    Also, try:

    roast beef

    provolone

    mayo

    salt&pepper

    olives, pickles, tomatoes, etc. (veggie range though)

  10. The meatball is really the least health of their sandwiches. Try the Subway club, tuna, ham, turkey, ham & turkey, or the veggie sub. They're healthier. See what's on the 6 grams of fat menu. Order off that list.

  11. I do not personally see anything unhealthy about it. You are certainly doing something very healthy by taking one of thier  sandwiches and making 2 or 3 meals out of it. Good for you and keep it up.
