Is this to much makeup?

ok,thsi is a very recent picture of me.is this to much?does it make my eyes look small?what would you suggest for a new makeup routine?i know it's a bad picture,thers no need to tell me.im going into eight grade also.and im counfused,everyone says im pretty but some people say it's to much .what do you think>?

I think it looks good!  But since your only 13 i would tone it done a little.  Your naturally beautiful and the eyeliner makes it look like your trying too hard.  Try using a brown eyeliner.

I like it, but I would use a little less.

Try a more pink blush and use a subtle amount of it just for the sake of pink cheeks.

Don't put eyeliner all of the way around your eye, unless you like that. You could put eyeliner from the middle to the end of your eye as a substitute. And don't put a lot on the bottom, instead use more mascara. It'll make you look like a doll especially with your skin.

And since you are making your eyes all pretty with the eyeliner, use a nude gloss on the lippy.

agrees with andrea b.....ditch the eyeliner and try only mascara...remember less is more
