  1. No, thats very healthy.  Unlike me who has just eaten a bag of jelly babies! :D

  2. Not at all

  3. Sounds good - for dinner I would have, fish or chicken and vegetables but no chips.

  4. I would say you're not eating too much, not too many snacks in between meals.

  5. Completely depends on your basal metabolic rate.

I would say you are severly lacking in protein and fats.  20% of your calorific intake should come from fats.  Fats are essential...we NEED them.  If you wont eat anymore, at least take a high quality fish oil supplement or eat a handfull of unsalted mixed nuts and a vitamin as you are will be lacking in so many nutrients.

I eat this every day and still only weigh 70kg.

    Breakfast

100g porridge oats + scoop of protein

    1-2 scrambled eggs

    2 fish oil caps

    2 Glucosamine caps

    Snack

    Chicken Salad bagel or sarnie

    Lunch

Baked potato or pasta with tuna + Sweetcorn or chicken breast + salad

    Snack

50g of unsalted nuts (through the day) + piece of fruit or beef jerky if i have it

    Pre workout

    1/2 scoop Protein shake + 30g malto

    Post workout

    Protein shake + 50g malto

    Dinner

usually quite meaty and carby...last night was large tin of tuna, cob of corn, salad, potatoes

    Pre bed snack

Large spoon of cottage cheese or peanut butter on wholemeal pittabread

  6. Already.. jesus :) x

  7. Not at all, you are eating very healthily.

All I would suggest is that you eat a bit more protein and oily fish (if you are not a veggie!).  If you are a veggie, try some lo-cal peanut butter on your rice cakes.

You have also had a lot of carbs at lunch with sweetcorn, potato and pasta so I wouldn't have any in your evening meal.  It's best to eat the majority of your carbs before 6pm anyway, as won't tend to store it as fat at bedtime.

Also, watch how much fat is on the buffet-style lunches they often have hidden calories in the dressings etc!

  8. How many lbs are you and what is your lifestyle like?

To me that looks like 400-600 calories plus what you eat for dinner.

That depends on how big your "salad bowl-with pasta, sweetcorn, potato salad and stuff (buffet style)" is but I am guesstimating it is not much.

Alright the reason I had to sign up is out of compassion, the thing is you are staving yourself of dietary fat and protein as well as total calories etc.

This is not healthy and for as long as you continue these eating habits you will be making yourself sick.

I recommend you educate yourself on proper eating habits, by proper I mean giving your body what it needs to be function properly.

It is sad that people think that less then 1000 calories is healthy for a human.

Since Paul M mentioned his diet here is mine.

    73kg 12% bf

    Week days I have:

    Whey Concentrate200grams

    Cheese Chedda200grams

    Psyllium husks25grams

    Pork Mince600grams

    Olive oil50grams

+Multi vitamin and fish oil caps

    Fat/Carb/Protein

    67/3/32

    4204 calories

    Week end is:

    Lebonese Bread1kg

    Butter150

    Milk1L

    Milo100grams

    Fat/Carb/Protein

    32/53/10

    4257 calories

    6 meals each day.

I myself would like some more veggies however enough calories is the priority here.  Btw this is not a conventional diet just an example.
