No, I'm afraid there is no translation site that is accurate. If you want a good translation, you should ask a native speaker or an official translator.

For example, I typed in "il a donné quelque chose a sa fille" (French for: he gave something to his daughter) and the online translator gives me: "it gave something has his girl"... three mistakes in one little sentence, see what I mean?
