Is this tree sick? (Pics)?

I was told it is but when I went online and saw that leafs had some fuzz underneath it said it was normal. Other than that the tree just sheds it's bark but that's what sycamores are like anyway right?

Hard to tell. But it looks like maybe a fungus is killing off the bark. Take some of it to a nursery and have them look at the pics and some of the bark.
