i know liverpool street station is closed but what about the underground station is it closed, could i get central line to tottenham hale??

Liverpool Street underground station is not closed. YOu cannot get to Tottenham Hale on the Central Line. You can get the Victoria Line to Tottenham Hale, take the Central Line to Oxford Circus and then take the northbound Victoria Line.

The Underground has a lot of maintenance work on over the coming few weeks as there are less people travelling around the city. A number of stations and stretches of track are already closed and the whole system will close tonight at approx 10pm.
