Is this virus?????!?!?

i don't know whats wrong with my computer. it keeps acting up and it shows this message. I have norton antivirus and a spysweeper thing and i normally run them everyday.

What is this and how can I fix it?

The problem is a coding error, sounds more like your Internet Explorer is not functioning correctly, go to add remove programs, uninstall it if its IE7 it will replace it with IE6, then reload IE7, if you still use IE6 then upgrade to IE7 and that may solve your debug error.
