Is w380i better or 350i?

i want decent camera and much space for songs.i want a gud looking one 2.pls u can suggest another model of sony er.(strictly) below 10,000.pls help.dis is my first fone so it has 2 b d best.

in 380 there is no camera so should opt for 350
