let me guess ur a soccer fan...and before u say its boring try to understand the sport first. for me i wasnst a big basketball fan but then wen i decided to play for school i learned more about how its played so know its my second favorite sport behind football. and i dont see how its boring there's hard hits. nice runs. great passes every single game. just cause it stops after the play doesnt mean it doesnt hav action that just gives it more of a strategy.

On your additional details lol why did you put yankees will win the superbowl?  Your putting two different sports together!  Super Bowl is football now if you think the yankees are going to win fine at least say the yankees will win the World Series!

No, you just don't understand it.  If you thought about it like chess or any other strategy game, you'd love it.  The Learning Annex usually has a class on understanding football, and you might like the game more if you knew more about it.  Once you know a bit about it and can figure out some plays, you'll be drawing Xs and Os on the tablecloth with the rest of us.  

It's sort of like saying auto racing is dumb because all they do is turn left, but if you look at the strategy of the driver/spotter/etc, it's very exciting.  

I think sports is like art appreclation--you get out of it what you put into it.

I could see were your coming from. Up until a couple years ago i hated football and thought that it stopped to often but when i started playing and actually watched a game i realized that its action packed and is really strategic.

Football is probably the most complex sport. Defenses and offenses don't have the same players like baseball and basketball. The playbook is very deep and the sport itself is physical and mental. If you don't have a team to root for or understand it, you won't like it. If anything, every sport is dumb compared to football. It takes the most skill in my opinion.
