  1. None sorry

  2. Try the listings in Craigslist-Turkey, they have some apartment adds that allow you to rent for a week or two...

    I also recommend trying:

    http://www.housecarers.com/

and see if there are any people looking to swap, or you may even get an aparment for free...

  3. not really but there is a nice restaurant by a big apartment bloc, no names, soz, but it is really nice, best place out there i would say have a good time

  4. Eminönü is not a good place to stay. I'd stay stay around Kadıköy but I dont really think u can find a room for 15 YTL let alone 5 YTL. And I highly doubt that u may be ble to find an apartment floor for 2 weeks and 1 or 2 rooms floors are kind of uncommon in Istanbul tho findable

  5. try the Baltalimani polis evi.really nice place to stay under the bosphorus bridge.

  6. renting an appartment is not that difficult , but only for two weeks.................you be better of in a pansion(spelling varies though). be prepared to pay up to ytl. 5 to 15 daily. eminoenu is good place to stay.

    best of luck !

  7. Yes, don't smoke anything while you are over there, apparently growing it and addicting the rest of the world is one thing, but its not allowed in THEIR country apparently.

  8. saltanahmet down between blue & Red mosque is a cool place to stay in Istanbul...search around there....
