It's London Time?

Question

I'm here now and the directions were right on. I even saw my sister at Paddington Station. We made it to our hotel, Pembridge Palace on Princes Square close to Bayswater and it was a dump. The neighborhood was young and urban and has some really nice shops. Everything worked out great because we went up the street and found a really nice hotel, the Linden. It's new and they had hardly any patrons and they gave us a room with a veranda/outdoors sitting area for half the cost at the dive hotel.
