it is very difficult to get my Huawei HG520s modem to connect to talk talk broadband. i have tried all the configerations suggested by talk talk and no matter which filter is used or how many filters or how many times i reboot or switch off the power or disconnect all the leads or change the leads or even disconnect both extension sockets, it just doesn't make any difference. If it does connect then the download spead is usually only 200 to 300kbits. Whenever a phone call is made or received it drops the connection. However, whilst connected on the phone the modem connects to the internet with ease and the connection speed is 1.5 to 2.5Mbits but once the call has ended it is back to square 1. Can you help please talk talk are being very unhelpful and after almost 2 months and countless hours on the phone to them i am running out of patience
