Whenever I get shaved down there I feel really uncomfortable in the next couple of days. It becomes 'sensitive' and somewhat 'itchy'. Is that normal? how to avoid it?

  1. it's normal. same feeling for me when the hair start growing out. use some cream after shaving, it should help a bit.

  2. Yes, this is normal. Put some cream on it after you shave. Better still, just trim rather than shave. Looks so much nicer.

  3. you cant help it, you shaved em and used a sharp razor. everyone has it when they shave its just a shaving burn

  4. no its unavoidable

    its just razor burn.

try lessening the effect by using shaving cream or soap not dry shaving, otherwise, it happens to all of us.

  5. it is normal, thats way many people just trim instead of shave. i suggest you use a sharp razor, hot water, a shaving cream that is specifically for sensitive skin and after you have shaved use moisturizer on the area shaved to make it less itchy. if you do all these things and you still have the same problem maybe you should just trim instead.

  6. I feel your pain!! Try waxing it hurts like a bit ch at first but after a while its not to sore!

  7. After you shave your pubes, gently blot the area dry and dab a cotton ball that's soaked with Hydrogen Peroxide thoroughly over the shaved area. This should help prevent the itch that sets in.

To further avoid the sensitivity you are experiencing, try shaving down, not up.

Let us know if this helps.

  8. I haven't been able to do it once without that happening, and have yet to hear of any way to prevent it, so yeah it's normal.

  9. Never had that problem ever:use a moisturizer where you shaved and the problem is gone:or just body lotion. That will do too

    Planets.
