Question:

J6450 will not print

the printer is on i can copy but i can not print from the computer. I have made sure all cables are connected to computer and printer, but to no avail. Computer screen says printer not activated. I have used this printer since May 2008. I printed a document on Jan. 1, but it would not print on Jan 2.
