JAFFA CAKES?? ARE THE HEALTY???

i bought jaffa cakes it says "only 1 gram of fat" and great for sports nutritionalst.

whats the score are they good for you or not??? i was told chocolate is not good for you

  2. Less fat doesn't always mean less sugar and one is as bad as the other. I don't think any cake is healthy.  

  3. I don't think so - ok they  have 1 grm of fat but look at the other ingredients.

    There're good though.


  4. Excellent, very healthy, you can have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner, no need for any of that cooking lark.

  5. well if you think about it, they hardly have any chocolate on them! and the chocolate that IS on there is so dark which means that there is hardly any milk = fat in it lol! i think they mean it give you lots of energy and even if you dont use that energy, you wont get much fatter because there is only a gram of fat in it lol!

  6. There is no such thing as healthy cakes. Jaffas do have less fat, but not any less sugar. Have them as a treat, but not exactly a source of nutritions.

  7. If "ARE THE HEALTY" means "Are they healthy" then the only answer I can give to that is that they're not QUITE so bad for you, fat-wise, as those that have more than 1g of fat in them.

    all at one go. spread them over 2-3 days, hide them from friends

    who will most certainly scoff the lot.

  16. I was wondering the same thing the other day, i think their like, energy or something but their still fattening but not like major major fattening.
