" Jamba Juice at Home" Strawberries Wild Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup apple juice

1 cup frozen strawberry

1/2 cup frozen banana

1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla soy yogurt

1/2 cup ice

Directions

1) Pour the apple juice in the blender.

2) Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.

3) Blend until smooth with a thick consistency.

4) if Vegan use suitable sugar.

They do exist! A co worker of mine has a friend that works there. He says they are very very sweet, conatin alot more fruit, and i know for sure the Gummy bear one is real and I think LifeSaver
