You'll find some Japanese food products at T&T Supermarket in West Edmonton Mall.  There used to be a Japanese grocery store in the Bonnie Doon area, but I'm not sure if it's still there.

T&T Supermarket in West Ed, but I know you can get Pocky, Ramen, rice crackers, wasabi peas, etc etc almost anywhere like London Drugs or Safeway.
