Japanese Translation! ?

Question

Can you translate this for me into English?

It's a little collectable thingy. It says if a pink frog comes out, it means something; a green frog means something else. I can't read japanese and I would really like to know the meaning.

blue : The day when it is not escaped from working... Will you escape?

red : It is the chance of the change of job now! Hurry. Hurry!!

OK. I'll try to give you a rough translation as to what it says. I'll give you the Japanese kana and romaji writings and then my interpretation.

仕事運 ("shigoto un")

Yellow Frog

"昇給のチャ～ンス!!上司をさっそく接待だ!"

(Shoukyuu no chansu!! Joushi wo sassoku settai da!)

* Now's your chance at  promotion. Time to kiss up to your boss".

Green Frog

"失敗を部下のせいにするのはよしましょう"

(Shippai wo buka no sei ni suru no wa yoshimashou")

*Stop blaming your mistakes on the people working under you.

Blue Frog

"仕事から逃げられない一日... 逃亡しちゃう？"

Well, my transaltions were a little bit liberal, but I think I got the basic meanings down. The only part I am not completely sure about is "touboushichau?" (Blue Frog).
