what is a name in japanese that means fallen dream?

i know Yume is dream though...what does fallen mean?

There's a word which means to fall: 落ちる "ochiru"

Fallen dream would be 落ちた夢 "ochita yume".

If we cut it down to only the Kanji, and try to read it like a Japanese name it might sounds like this:

落夢 "rakubou"

Well anyways, Japanese people don't name their kids that way.  It's always like "flower" or "glory" or something like that.

You can always give yourself a nickname that way though.  You can also give yourself a nickname in Japanese-ified English:

フォーランドリーム fooran doriimu.  Fallen Dream.

: baffled/bilked/broken/defeated/thwarted dream
