Jenoptik c160 help please!!!

Question

Evenin all I have just been given a Jenoptic (jendigital) C160 digital camera as my first steps into the world of digital photography! But the problem is i have no instructions with it at all, and so i have no idea what is does or how to use it (as simple as it might be) Does anyone have a copy of the handbook for this or do you know where i can download it, as my searches have come up with a blank!
