Jet skiing?

im going jet skiing in a few weeks. I pretty much cant swim and i dont like when my head goes under water

is this a problem?

and do people alwayss fall off their jet skiis?

any tips for me?

  1. if the ski is a one or two person craft then it may have balance issues. 3 seaters are really stable. unless you get crazy with the driving, then you should be OK.

You'll be wearing a PFD ( life jacket ) so not being a good swimmer won't really be an issue as long as you can dog paddle if you have to.  As stated above, the 3 seater sit down models are very stable, especially if only one or two people are on board, and are pretty hard to roll.  Just avoid making sudden weight shifts to one side of the ski. or very hard turns when in choppy water, start slow until you get your confidence up, and you'll do fine.

    If you're talking about going on a stand-up model, you will get wet, and you're going to fall often if this is your first time.
