  1. If you're under 18, you need a work permit. So I don't even know why you're applying to jobs if you're not legally allowed to work.

    Get the work permit, then once you have it IN YOUR HAND, apply for jobs.

    For now, the answer to that question is "No." Which means what's the point of the employer even looking at the application if you can't legally work in the first place?


  2. They want to know if you are in this country legally. If you were born here you don't need proof. Or they may ask to see your birth certificate. If you are an American you don't need a work permit.

  3. Answer yes.
