Job in canada?

Question

im close to getting a job at a car part plant, but i lost all my ids and perment resident cards, the only think i have is my social insurance card and a really old id. i cant wait to get them back cus they will go to the next person, is there any chance i could get away with getting hired with just that?

Your Social Insurance card does it for you, you'll be fine.

Before thinking about any job in Canada, just look to the following site & look how Canadian Government, Police, Judges & lawyers are  involved in crimes. So, they may simlpy get whatever you erned

If you have a Canadian social insurance number that should be all that is required.  I have never been asked to show any other ID for a job except a marriage certificate to prove a name change.  I think you will be fine.
