  1. Go to all of the cruise line web sites and you will find a link to jobs, employment, human resources, or some such term.  There are lots of new ships coming out the next few years so the job market should be good.  I know that Holland America will debut a new ship in May.   Princess, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity also have new ships coming out this year.  Celebrity even has a new cruise line starting this year called Azamara.

  2. I worked for many years on cruise ships it depends on the company you work for and the job you are doing what is required.I worked for P & O Australia and Princess Cruises.

Princess Cruises require a US visa-takes time and expense to get one and you can't apply for visa without a letter confirming you have a job with Princess.

Go to each individual company and they will adivse you how to apply.Be prepared to work EVERY day, share a cabin, wear a uniform most of the time.Depending on your job you MAY be able to fraternise with passengers outside work hours..Do expect to get time off in port all the time.it is a good way to see different parts of the world and save some money.

  3. You will work 12 hours a day 7 days a week for chicken feed
