  1. It\s alright, I left before my notive expired since I couldnt take it anymore, but if my future employers will ask why I\m blaming it on them, couz really it was theyre fault. but what you did is kinda unrespectuous, unless everyone was pretty much doing stuff huh? then yeah, but if not,..if it happened recently call in and be like " im not coming anymore"

  2. technically you weren't fired. But, when calling for references they will tell him whether they would hire you back. Of course not. Dumb thing to walk out. Now you have a bad reference on your record. Your new employer, if you get another job, would also not like the fact that you did not give a notice when you quit, and just did not show up. When you get older you will understand that you can't burn your bridges. I own a business, and that was not a brilliant move on your part.

  3. Should always give 2 weeks notice as you don't want to burn bridges.  If your previous employer is called they will list the dates you started and stopped but nothing else for legal reasons.  I would say I left because there was no advancement opportunities

  4. Well I wouldn't tell your future employers about this incident if I were you.

  5. You let a whole year 'go' out the window by quitting.  You should've put your 2 weeks in and found another job before burning your bridge.  We learn!!

  6. Technically, you quit. But in the future, you might want to handle it a little better--give notice instead of just not showing up.
