Jobs OTHER THAN food service?

I will be turning 16 soon and I need some jobs ideas. NO Fast fod please.

Do I need a resume'? What will I put on it since I dont have anything to show for?

anyways, try grocery stores as a cashier. you wont need a resume, just need to fill up the application forms.

What are you too good to work fast food? Look, you're 16 years old--you're going to get a crappy job. If not fast food, then some kind of physical labor or, god forbid, retail. It sucks, but this is how the world works.

You don't need a resumé for any of this sort of job. Generally, having a pulse and not having a police record will do.

retail - you will be filling out applications - an actual resume for a 16 yr old is pointless - you have no job history to report

No resume needed, you're not applying for a career and frankly the companies that you will be eligible to work for don't give a c**p about teen workers for the most part since teens have a high turnover rate.

You will be picking from the typical minimum wage teen jobs like movie theater and retail.
