Do you know any places where they are hiring 16 year olds. I 've been searching for a long time.

In some states you have to have some form of worker's permit since you're a minor. I would just figure out first what kind of work you want to do, then call around and see if you need a permit.

Find small businesses in your area. Most large chain stores only hire 18 or older.
