  1. keep streaching really good and try iceing it 10 min on 10 min off. no heat. if it doesnt feel any better in a week you might want to rest it.

  2. Jogging is bad for the joints in your leg because it puts tremendous amounts of pressure on them with each step you take. Because of the mainly up and down motion of jogging it pushes all of your body weight down on your knee and ankles, which if you are not used to, may be the cause of your leg pain. I would suggest that instead of jogging you either power walk (yes, while extremely dorky, is minimal in stress and great cardio) or run (doesn't have to be fast, just maintain a mainly forward leg movement). Try not to bounce, ballistic movements cause damage to your legs. If it is not one of these issues, you may not be stretching enough or you may even have an injury. Inquire a fit friend or trainer about some simple stretches to do before running and hold each stretch for about 20-30 seconds before working out. If you're not better by a week after you started feeling pain, then you should get your leg checked out by a general physician or a physical therapist.

  3. Ice ya leg and lay off the running for a while

Do the oliptacil machine until your leg heals stay active what some type of cardio because you have to keep those calories burning baby.
