Joining the air force at 25

Question

I'm thinking about joining the airforce but I'm wondering if it would be more beneficial for me to first finish my bachelors degree. I have two years left and by the time I finish I'll be 25. Is 25 considered to old to join? My degree is Biology so could I actually try to join as an officer?

are you interested in medicine?  Biology is tough...when I was in we were always looking for PAs...but they could not get past bio...fastest way to a commision is the PA school

You could either join enlisted and then go try to get into OTS (Officer Training School) when you finish your bachelors.  The Air Force pays for tuition while you are in, and you can also apply for the MGI Bill, which is very helpful, especially if you want to get your Masters.  If you go enlisted and then officer, you will get paid more money than signing as an officer.  

25 may seem old to be an airman, but you will be able to gain higher rank enlisted because of your previous college credits.  You will feel more mature than the 18 year olds, but that is something easily to get over.  You'll be a better airman because of it.

Talk to an air force recruiter.  you very well may be eligible to receive a 2-year scholarship to help you finish your degree, and then be commissioned as an officer.  That would probably be followed by a 4-year committment of service.  With a degree like biology, I bet a medical career field slot or something like that would be a good fit.  Anyway, 25 is not to old, and with a degree, you could definately join as an officer, making more $.  I was actually 25 when I graduated and was comissioned.

25 is not considered to old to join. Yes when you finish with college, you should go for an Officers position instead of enlisted.

Finish your college education........before joining the military. 25 years of age is not to old! You can join as an officer with any BA degree, Biology doesnt make your chances any better.
