Just fitted gas fridge rm2553r,

Question

just fitted gas fridge rm2553r, have just tested on gas for first time,only had on for a short time, but there is a burning smell and small amount of smoke coming out from the top of the flu housing. Don't know if this is normal because it is new (burning paint etc on the condensor/evap tubing??) Any ideas??
