okay , so this 15 year old person punched another person the same age and broke his noes and the person pressed charges. and now the person who punched him could go to juvi up to 3 months . whats the chance he is going to be announced guilty ?

  1. Has he been before a judge in juvenile court?  If yes, there's a better than even chance he will get some sort of time.  Perhaps Sheriff's honor camp if there is one in your area.  Perhaps just can time at juvenile detention.  Now is not a good time to be getting pinched for any type of assault.  If it was videophone recorded, get ready for the time.


  2. Well if he pleds guilty on his own they will sometimes

    take it a little easier on them!!

  3. i doubt that the 15 year old will serve any juvi time if he has no criminal record...he will probably get community service and probation if he doesn't have priors

  4. really, it depends on the judge, and if the accused person have a good lawyer.

    but it is possible.

  5. 50/50.Depends on if the "Puncher" has a clean record. It also depends on where you life,the judge,circumstances, how bad the "victim" was injured.

    If my son would be involved I'd get an good Attorney.
