K1Visa in the Philippines.?

Question

My soon to be wife in the Philippines is having a hard time calling the Embassy in Manila.She has tried every number on the embassy web page and none of them work (http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwhcont.html Does anyone know another number she can call from Butuan City to manila and ask them about her visa packet.Her interview at the embassy is Aug 9th and she has not got it yet.Thank you.

Just give some more time (2weeks). My packet arrived 3 weeks before my interviewed..lol
