KICHLER 15PR600SS

I do not have any low voltage 12V, or 13V. 120 VAC has been checked and
is going to the primary winding of the low voltage transformer. Is there some
internal fuse or breaker? Is there any way I may obtain a schematic dwg
of the 15PR600SS so that I can troubleshoot this problem. Is there a
service manual available that I can download?
