Kansas motorcycle license?

i want to get a scooter. i don't want a motorcycle license. what is the maximum CC i can get without needing a license?

check with your local dmv. every state is different. And i'm sure you will need a m2 license. With a m1, you can operate any two wheel vehicle (including mopeds, scooters, etc) but with m2, you can only operate mopeds and scooters, not a motorcycle. So either way, you're gonna have to go the dmv and take the test. No worries though, its realllllly easy. good luck
