  1. American Kenpo ROCKS!  That's what I think of it.

    ( soon to be the proud owner of a  Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate )  smile.

  4. It's a great art. I really like Shaolin Kenpo as a practical style.

    We incorporate some of the Kenpo self-defense into our classes to offset our straight traditional Shotokan training.
