Kaspersky Internet Security 7?

Question

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 7 installed on my computer.

Last night I turned the Firewall setting from "Low Security" to "Training Mode" (don't ask me why).... my other half has now tried to access our online banking and Ebay, and then told the firewall to block access to these sites.

I can't see any way to undo these actions (I've already turned the firewall back down). What do I do? Will I have to uninstall and then reinstall Kaspersky or will this have no effect? Help!!!

Look in the firewall settings and allow through online banking etc

Then look in internet settings and allow entry of passwords etc

Uninstalling would be a large step, just mess around with the settings

Oh deer, Try uninstall and then install it all over again

Hello,

Do this:

-Open up Kaspersky

-Select Settings

--Firewall

---Settings

-Rules For Applications

-Now scroll through the list until you find your browser.

--Select it and click the "edit" button

-Now find and delete the ones with the red exclamation points.

You may also want to look here for any red exclamation points. whose title does not begin with "Malicious Software"(these rules block attacks)
