  1. I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner its a little bit too powerful

  2. It is a good beginner bike but it is a little underpowered with 250cc depending on the price I would probobly go with somthing else. Like a Buell.

  3. one of the best learner bikes IMO

  4. >>> I happen to be 6 feet tall if it helps.

That has nothing to do with your selection of first bike.

The 250cc class is an excellent choice for first timer.

    Good Luck...

  5. This is an excellent beginners motorcycle. If you are on the large side you may want to look at an EX500.

With the 250 you can buy a used one for cheap, ride it for a year, and sell it for almost what you paid. If you drop it/wreck it while learning, you will be out far less money. The bike is light, and if you chop the throttle you don't have to worry about wheel spin causing you to highside.

Don't let peer pressure or anything else talk make you get something bigger first, the best motorcycle racers in the world ALL started small.

  6. Buy it!!!

Looks awesome too. and green ones are always faster... don't forget ;)

  7. perfect!!

or else go for a HONDA CBR250, Aprilla 250/125, whichevers cheapest and best colour/condition

  8. Having just tested one last weekend I strongly reccomend the bike. It is very forgiving to brake and throttle inputs, however it will out corner the rather small tires. A pricy tire change could solve this.

  9. Kawasaki Ninja 250cc isn't all that great for begginers, it's known more for its speed and handeling than anything else and its also usually really expensive. But if you can find it for cheap, go for it!
