Kaze and Lisa - final fantasy unlimited?

as the question says - who r they exactly - do they have a connection wit each other? i tried wikipedia and it dont have the answer - can someone tell me pls?

Lisa is as it explains in the beggining of the anime is a secret agent sent to find the scientist (the children's parents) that disapeared! Kaze is a man with a blury past but! It is shown that he is the rival to ♥Mekenshi♥ (♥White Cloud♥!)... About (i think ^-^) 3 years before the story takes place Kaze and ♥Mekenshi♥ Used their ultimate attacks and almost destroyed half of japan!!! Now it was probably just couincidence but Lisa happened to be watching it!! (the great fight of Course!!! ^-^) I hope this helped you!!! ♥
