Keeping energy?

What are the best ways to keep energy through out the day? I have tried drinking Mountain Dew and Red Bull. Anyone have advice?

  1. Sleeping will keep a lot of energy.from being wasted


  2. Eat a good mixed diet and get enough sleep.  Studies show that most people have low energy because they are sleep deprived.

  3. Sugar and caffeine will increase your blood sugar very quickly, but that peak is short-lived.  You're best bet is complex carbohydrates, such as: bread, rice, pasta and starchy vegetables.  These foods will lengthen your sugar level in your blood, and keep you from being tired as much.
