Key West wedding help!!!!?

Okay, I need help - bad! I am supposed to be getting married in Key West a year from this Oct. We met at a Halloween party years ago ang have been together for over 6 yrs. We plan to do an evening wedding on Oct 30th. I need a site for a reception where I can have my own alcohol - there is an amazing winery near where I live in Fl! I would like to do this outdoors but may need a back up because it will be hurricane season. I also need colors - I wan three - I'd like to have a lake blue and coral but I need a third. Please nothing too girly (ie no hot pinks) I'm very laid back so this isn't a fancy affair. Planning on 30-35 people, most of our friends live 1000 miles from here so... I have so many questions - I thought about a wedding planner but I really want to do this myself. I don't know why, I just feel that - I guess I am a bit of a control freak. I'm not mean about it but I am very creative and would just like to do this.

You really don't need a 3rd color.  My two colors were turquoise and coral and I used lime green as an accent.  When is the wedding?  You could also go with a sun bronzed sand type color.  Better for evening weddings.

You live in Florida?  Pick up a Here Comes the Guide to find some reception halls though for 30-35 people a winery would be an excellent idea.  Many places have a tasting room large enough for 30 people and that way you could still get the winery effect.

A little bit away from Key West (towards Key Largo) is Isla Morada Fish Company.  That would be great for a wedding.  The Zane Grey lounge would work nicely and has a great bar.

As for having your own alcohol you'll really just have to start calling a lot of places.  I decided to have mine at a shriner's temple.  You could try a Moose or Elk lodge.  Just start calling through the Here Comes the Guide.  My cousin is having hers in a night club.  That way they are just charging her per bottle used (not just opened).
