Kidney infection and traveling?

Im going on a 15 hour flight tomorrow and I was diagnosed with a kidney infection 2 days ago. I don't have pain as of now and have been on some heavy antibiotics. Is it safe to travel with a Kidney Infection? I hope this isnt a silly question. Thanks so much!

Yes, it is...  Just be sure to drink plenty of water and if you can ask for cranberry juice or apple juice  on your flight.  Do not worry... Get up and walk around....

Pick up some  Emergen -C . They do have cranberry flavor.. This will help keep your energy up...

Rest on the flight---Sleep

Take your antibiotics with you....Do not stop the treatment the doctor has given you.. finish all the antibiotics ...
