Kids talent scouts?

they say they are a scout not an agency-- so thats why they charge. does any one know about this?

Many Talent Agencies and Organizations have contests and competitions to find the Talented People. Real Genuine Organizations do NOT charge a dime....In fact some Pay the Talented persons.

Agencies who charge are NOT genuine. I would not pay any agency to show off a Talent.
