Kingdom hearts cosplay help!?

Okay, I'm wanting to cosplay as Zexion from Kingdom Hearts, so I need to figure out how to make/buy the costume by next Saturday (23 Aug).

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I need to know what materials I need, what they would cost and where the heck I could get them D:<

I live in Sydney, so... no where too far please.

Just get the right sweatshirt and get the book and make the right symbols on it.

Fix your hair the right way and dye, paint, or spray it.

Also get black gloves.
